CONFEDERATION IS OPEN TO THE ABORIGINAL PEOPLES

If the Aboriginal peoples of Canada, or any of them, at any time decide that they would like to join Confederation, the constituent peoples of Canada will enter into talks with the Aboriginal peoples on the manner of bringing this about.  The accession of the Aboriginal peoples of Canada to Confederation — for example in the form of a Province — would be achieved consistently with the Constitution, and the other Founding Peoples of Canada will fully cooperate in achieving their integration.
